KC Concepcion, binalikan ang hindi magandang karanasan habang namimili siya ng luxury bags

Binalikan ng aktres na si KC Concepcion ang pagkakataon kung saan ay nainsulto siya dahil sa “rude” o bastos na pagtrato ng isang salesperson sa kanya habang namimili siya ng bag sa isang sikat na designer brand store.

Sa ikalawang bahagi ng “My Bag Collection” vlog episode ni KC, ikwenento niya kung paano siya trinato ng isang salesperson habang namimili siya ng bag sa isang store sa Los Angeles, California.

Sa simula ng vlog, ibinahagi ni KC kung ano ang paborito niyang designer brand noong nasa kolehiyo pa siya.

Kwento ni KC, “Yves Saint Laurent, in all my college life, was my favorite brand. I found it really matched with personality. It was edgy. I loved the blazers, I loved the androgynous feel. I just really, really liked what YSL stood for, and I made sure that I had my fair share of YSL purses in my collection.”

Habang namimili nga si Kc ng bag mula sa kanyang paboritong designer brand, nakatanggap siya ng rude treatment mula sa isang salesperson.

Ani KC, “I bought these in Los Angeles, and the salesperson looked at me and said, ‘Oh, you’re looking for YSL purses? YSL purses are very expensive.”

“Sabi ko, ‘Yes, I would just like to see them. I want to see what you have. I want to see what’s in store.'”

Tugon naman ng salesperson, “‘Yes, but they’re very expensive.’

Dagdag ni KC, “Tapos sabi ko, ‘I’m not asking if they’re expensive or not expensive, I’m asking to see the designs. And then pinakita niya sa ‘kin ‘yung suede. Pinakita niya ‘yung parang maliit na version tapos sabi niya, ‘That’s less expensive than that other one.’ Tiningnan ko lang siya tapos sabi ko, ‘Okay. I’m not asking for the price yet because I have to decide if I like what it makes me feel.”

Ipinakita daw kay KC ang mga mini version ng mga bags at nagustuhan umano ni KC ang style nito.  Kaya ipinakuha ni KC ang mas malaking version ng naturang bags ngunit muli na namang sinabi ng salesperson na mahal ang mga naturang bag.

“They showed me the mini version of [both of these bags] and I liked both in the larger version. So I asked for it, and they answered me by saying, ‘Oh, it’s too expensive.'”

Ayon kay KC, dahil sa pagtrato sa kanya ng salesperson ay hindi niya binigay dito ang komisyon na dapat ay makukuha nito.

Para kay KC, hindi tama na ibigay sa nasabing salesperson ang komisyon dahil sa paraan ng pagtrato nito sa kanya.

Samantala, may payo naman si KC para sa mga taong maaaring makaranas ng parehong rude treatment na natanggap niya mula sa salesperson.

Ani KC, “You hear about these stories all the time and you hear about customers getting that treatment…My piece of advice for you is if you ever encounter a situation like that, never let that person get the commission! Ask for someone else. Walk away. Have someone else earn from your purchase.”
